HOW IT WORKS

Kick-start the project by sharing your vision and any challenges you may be wary of, along with your own research & assets. We listen carefully, then connect the dots in a proposal for you.

Our proposal will recommend the package best suited for your needs, plus any add-ons you may need. Once you green-light that in writing, an invoice marking 50% down-payment will be emailed to you. Work on a tissue session begins as soon as we receive your transfer. More on payment under terms.

Think of this as our initial stab at the treatment — a mood board that is meant to verify our alignment conceptually & visually. When you approve of this, we begin the treatment build.

A TVC treatment is expected to demand 1-3 working days; 30-sec A.i. video demands 8-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the project. The semi-finished product will be presented to you in a video call. A secure watermarked file will be shared with you via a temporary link.

You'll have the space to consolidate feedback from all stakeholders at your end and share it with us in writing via email. Based on that, tweaks will be made and the final treatment or video will be ready for you — along with a second invoice — to view within two business days. Further tweaks at this point are discouraged to avoid a scope creep.

Upon paying the remaining 50%, you gain full access to the treatment document or video. All assets created by The Treatment Factory for the project will be shared via WeTransfer. More on payment under terms.
